My name is Nikki and I am a office supply junkie. I admit it. I love beautiful office accessories such as pens, journals, pads and more. I want to share with you the beadable pen, which is the perfect companion for your planner or journals. This is such a fun and easy DIY. These pens would be the perfect gift for Mother’s Day. Not only are they beautiful, they are made by you which will be extra special for any Mom.
You can purchase your beads from so many different sources. Craft stores, Etsy, Ebay and even in Tuesday Morning. I found some bead sets in Tuesday Morning for only $0.99! Make sure you watch my video below to find out what you should look for when purchasing your beads.
In order to complete your project you need the actual pen kit. I tend to love silver and gold pen kits, but they do come in a variety of colors. I typically order mines from Goody Beads and Karen Thomas Designs. They are affordable and great quality. You can also order ink refills.
In this video I share with you the process for making these beautiful beaded pens. In the description box of the video I also have links to where you can purchase the supplies if you would like to make your own. I had so much fun showing your the process. I hope you will enjoy. -Nikki
